Geneva Auto Show Attendees Introduced to the All-New VW Arteon
Volkswagen Arteon Model Debut at the 2017 Geneva Auto Show
If you haven’t heard already, the Volkswagen CC has been discontinued. As sad as we are to see this beautiful car go, we are extremely excited to start driving its replacement: the Volkswagen Arteon. This brand-new vehicle just made its debut at the 2017 Geneva Auto Show, and we are already in love with it!
Sports Car Styling For This New Volkswagen Sedan
One thing that we loved about the Volkswagen CC was that it was incredibly stylish while remaining practical. We see the same thing with the all-new Volkswagen Arteon. While the new model is technically classified as a sedan, it looks very much like a sports car! The Volkswagen Arteon features all-around muscular styling, an elongated front end, and a stylish grille that seamlessly blends in with the standard LED headlights. Its roof is perfectly curved and it smoothly swoops down to the rear end in a fastback styling.
Spacious Cabin Outfitted With Futuristic Interior Features for the Volkswagen Arteon
Thanks to that fastback styling and its 111.9-inch wheelbase, the Volkswagen Arteon is extremely spacious—which is perfect for tall or long-legged passengers. In addition to the large space, the cabin is incredibly futuristic with a digital cockpit that is reminiscent of the James Bond films.
Powerful Engine Choices For the Volkswagen Arteon
Although the Volkswagen Arteon is a sedan, it looks like a sports car—and it drives like one as well! There are six different engine options—all of which are 4-cylinders! But don’t let that fool you! They are all turbocharged so that you can enjoy the most power and efficiency at the same time. The amount of power ranges from 148 to 276 ponies.
When Will the Volkswagen Arteon Arrive in Barre, VT?
As of right now, the Volkswagen Arteon is expected to hit the German market this summer, so we can expect it to arrive at our dealership a little later. Keep checking our blog for the latest news and we will let you know when it joins our inventory.
