Our showroom and service department is open in compliance with state and CDC guidelines with social distancing and sanitization measures in place. Scheduled appointments and masks are recommended for sales and service visits.
If you prefer not to visit the dealership, you can continue to shop and schedule service appointments on our website 24/7 or by phone during normal business hours. As always, we continue to offer complimentary home delivery to anywhere in New England and New York for your convenience.
Special attention is given to high touch points such as door handles, chairs, desks, phones and vehicles, which are wiped down and disinfected multiple times per day. Our service waiting areas have seating 6 feet apart, and we advise customers to wear masks as an additional safety measure for all parties.
Our service departments are fully open and operational. Our service technicians will wipe down and disinfect door handles, steering wheels and other areas of your vehicle that they come in contact with. Our employees are practicing good hygiene – frequent hand washing and social distancing – and eliminating nonessential travel.
We check our employees temperature daily when they arrive to work. We have instructed all staff to stay home if they exhibit any signs of sickness and to report any exposure to a suspected case of COVID-19. Similarly, we require that our vendors and customers postpone their visits if they do not feel well or believe they may have been exposed to someone with a suspected case of COVID-19.
