We bought our first EV (ID.4 Pro S) and are really pleased with the result. We worked with David Rapoza and he was wonderful. Dave was patient and willing to explain anything we asked about. We were considering leasing the car (our first experience with leasing) and Dave was great at explaining the options of buying v. leasing. He was easy to communicate with (he gave us his cell number). In negotiations Dave was fair and straightforward. It was a very positive car-buying experience--thank you, Dave!

Our Salesman was Rick Campbell, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, genuine and listened with patience to provide everything in a car that I was looking for. I never felt pressured or that I was wasting his time (even when I came back the next day and asked to test drive car #5&6). When it came to working with Josh in Finance, everything was exactly as described. He had us in and out of there in 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. Thank you Paula!! No appointment. I just popped in to confirm a scheduled appointment for my 2021 Tiguan and thought I'd check out a new 2024. I was told Paula was new at Volkswagen so I walked over to her desk. In a couple of hours along with some great "girl" chat, I drove home in a new car. This is my 3rd VW Tiguan. I love this team!!!!

I bought my brand new 2024 Tiguan SE from Paula today, and I must say: she was epic to deal with. It took us a few days to find my perfect car, and once we did, she took care of everything! Even made sure my license plate was clean when she put it on! I couldn't make a higher recommendation to work with Montpelier Volkswagen, and Paula! I got home and my wife said "I love the Vader mobile!" And that would t have happened if Paula hadn't done a great job! As a Norwich University grad, I can also feel comfortable knowing that a fellow NU grad sold me my car, so I know she gave me the right deal!

I personally didn't want to have to get a new car as I love my old 03 Volkswagen, but it is getting to a point where as reliable as it is it's not going to last to much longer. David was really patient and polite. David was willing to go the extra effort to meet my small budget and I left happy in a car that will fit my future goals.
